Deer, Buffalo & Maple Syrup Farm Tours

Nestled in a scenic valley with 40 acres of rolling pastures is Breakneck Ridge Farm. Here you will find Fallow deer and American buffalo raised in a natural environment for the production of meat. Summer tours of the farm will take you through the deer barn and handling facilities where animals are weighed and fed in the winter. You will walk through the pastures and feed the deer, some of whom hover protectively over their baby fawns. Next you are treated to a tour and tasting at the Sugar House, where maple syrup is made. The trip ends with a hay ride and a visit to the Buffalo pen. This trip is enjoyable and interesting for all ages.
